Self branding

Branding created for my graphic design practice. Strong grid work, a nod to the Golden Ratio here and there, the logo representing a simplified Yin-Yang, combined with my initials, akin to monograms used by artists and craftspeople. The mark displays my core principle, simplicity vs complexity, contrasts. The diagonal movement suggests breaking from the expected horizontal and vertical stresses, but also further, it shows the leftfield thinking and processes in my practice.

The back of my business cards reflect the diagonal motion of the logo, with an additional purpose: The cards can be used for making decisions, such as where can randomized elements be placed, what contrasting stresses haven't been employed yet, and so on.
