I was lucky to be asked to design and create the cover for Issue 3 of Unfun (of Unfun Press), a local zine of creative work in Adelaide, as well as a feature and interview.
The cover is a result of the process I take with digital collaged works, working by hand in sketches, and then transforming it into something with greater depth by layering textures.
Would you believe the rectangle was cut into concrete? I felt this said more than I could even word about my process. How very fitting.
Mirroring the diagonally angled titles of the previous issues is custom hand drawn lettering, common in my Moleskine sketchbooks.
