Branding for experimental EDM saxophonist Lambert McGaughy.
Extending from this, I produce album artworks and social media graphics. Predominantly digital collage, with digitally painted aspects. The signature neon sign graphic pulls from of all places, the brick pavers of the Adelaide Central Markets as a wall for its mounting.
In creating the mark, I considered how to best distinguish the line work, retain legibility at smaller sizes, to be expressive and dynamic, a flowing line showing a saxophone with its own special flair, as comes across in Lambert’s creative output .
Each is led and walked through with Lambert; I greatly appreciate the creativity of my clients, it makes the work that much more enjoyable.
